Oleksandr Oliinyk is a young Ukrainian pianist with an exceptionally active concert career, steadily establishing himself within the contemporary musical landscape. He comes from Poltava, where he received his initial professional training at the Mykola Lysenko College of Arts. Since 2022, he has been studying at the Ukrainian National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music in Kyiv in the class of Professor Mariia Pukhlianko.
Despite his young age, Oleksandr Oliinyk has already performed on the stages of leading Ukrainian philharmonic halls and collaborated with prominent Ukrainian and European conductors and orchestras. He is a prizewinner and laureate of numerous national and international competitions, including Ukrainian Piano Award, Uke-Piano, Kharkiv Assemblies, and the Čiurlionis Piano Competition for Young Pianists. He regularly participates in festivals, artistic projects, competitions, and masterclasses, continuously expanding his professional experience.
Oleksandr Oliinyk performs actively both in Ukraine and abroad. In 2025, he undertook a concert tour across Lithuania, presenting programmes of Ukrainian and European music. A central focus of his artistic work is the conscious and consistent promotion of Ukrainian music, particularly works by Ukrainian composers of the 20th century, which he approaches with great responsibility and depth. He is a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship of Ukraine, reflecting his high professional level, solid technical foundation, and significant artistic potential.
